London Ultra Low Emmision Zone by 2020
Boris Johnson announces plans for the first ultra low emmisions zone in London where only zero and low emmision vehicles will be allowed to enter.

The ultra low emmisions zone is planned for central London to be implemented by 2020. This is another move by the Mayor of London to improve air quality in London, and improve health in the city centre where air quality is among the worst in Europe.
